平成17年/2005創業【そば処 どう楽】 |
2008年大晦日に年越そばを求めて行ってみました。
住宅地の中にあって分かりにくい場所ですが、その隠れ家的な
ところに期待感が膨らみます。
店の外の幟には｢北海道浦臼産牡丹そば」とあります。
天ざる蕎麦をいただきました。正午前でしたが、天ぷらは
私の注文した分でおしまいとのこと。ありがたい。
私は蕎麦のことは良く分かりませんが、食した蕎麦を一口食べて
間違いなく言えるのは「今まで自分が食べてた蕎麦ってナニ？」
ってことです。同じものとは思えません。
蕎麦の艶やかな姿、ツルッとしてコシのある食感、麺つゆや薬味(本山葵)
のこだわり、どれも蕎麦初心者である私のハートを鷲摑みにして離しません。
美味しくて美味しくて未だに思い出しただけで、よだれ(失礼)が湧き出ます。
私に本当の蕎麦を体験させてくれた「どう楽」さん、感謝です。
蕎麦の感動で言及できませんでしたが、天ぷらも美味です。
6人掛けのテーブルが2卓、小上がりも6人ｘ2卓で、落ち着いた感じの
お店です。家族的な雰囲気で親しみが持てます。家族連れでぜひどうぞ。
