平成17年/2005創業【そば処 どう楽】 |
店をあとにして直ぐに再訪したくなった蕎麦。
それほど上出来過ぎる蕎麦に出会えた喜びと、家の近くになくて残念な気持ちが…。
北海道のこだわり蕎麦粉による十割手打ちは、店の名前同様にまさに「道楽」なハイレベル。
三たては当たり前。程よく水切りされた蕎麦、カリッとした衣少ない天ぷらもいい。そして、盛りつけも素晴らしい。
それにしても、星の入った蕎麦麺の透明感は美しく、十割で打ったとは思えないほどのコシの強さ。
蕎麦の実中心の粉を多く使っているためか、蕎麦の香りはさほど強くもないが、本当に美味しい。
飯坂インターに乗る前にちょっと脇道にそれ、たまたま見つけた店だが、とにかくまた行きたい。
