週間天気予報では晴れて暑くなると言うてた
週末に予約しましたが霧の出てる生憎の天気
気温20℃、山奥さむっ‼️
お客様は沢山来てるがみんな店内飲食で
流しそうめんは私達の貸し切り状態(笑)
でも山から湧水が滝のように流れた場所にあり
マイナスイオンたっぷり✨ロケーション最高‼️

注文したのは
●『流しそうめん天セット』￥1800 ×２
クレソン天ぷらと鱒塩焼きをチョイスしたが
焼き魚は岩魚の塩焼きが出ました
鱒より好きなのでラッキー♪
岩魚は炭火の焼きたてで
臭みも全く無くジューシー、旨～い❗✨
川魚は鮮度と焼きたてかどうかが
味を左右する最重要ポイント
へたな店で食べるとパサパサで臭みも出る
初食のお子様などが川魚嫌いになるから注意やで
一定間隔で流れ来るそうめんを
「来たよ、来たよ～」とお互い声かけあい
楽しく食べてお腹いっぱい(*´ω｀)
プラスチック竹の機械的な流しそうめんは
他県にもありましたが本格的な
御影石造りと山の湧水流しそうめんは初体験
岩魚釣りも出来るし楽しみ方いろいろ
