温泉宿では夕飯を田のまかったので、飯坂温泉の焼肉と餃子の店に行ってきました。
19時頃行ったのですが満席で1組待ち、約40分待ってやっと中に入れました。

まず、この円盤餃子。
カリカリ餃子とサクサク薄皮餃子の2種あるが、おすすめは圧倒的にサクサク薄皮。
中の餡が見えるほどの薄皮。それがサクサクに焼かれている...
野菜が多めで、具材は細か刻まれた軽い口当たりの餃子。
付属のタレはラー油なしなのか辛さはない。
口当たりが軽いのでいくらでも食べれそう！
肉肉しい餃子が好きな人は好みじゃないかも。
