温泉宿では夕飯を田のまかったので、飯坂温泉の焼肉と餃子の店に行ってきました。
19時頃行ったのですが満席で1組待ち、約40分待ってやっと中に入れました。
オクノコ揚がりの席で、焼肉コンロがテーブルにのっています。
注文したのは、
サクサク薄皮円盤餃子 20個 1,400円
和牛カルビ定食 1,300円
牛ホルモン 800円
です。
サクサク薄皮円盤餃子 20個
福島も、福島餃子で、餃子がソウルフードだそうです。
この店では、円盤餃子は二種類あり、サクサク薄皮円盤餃子を注文しました。
円盤状に焼けていてお皿に盛られて出てきた餃子は香ばしく焼けていて美味しそうです。
普通の大きさで、皮がサクサクして野菜たっぷりでジューシー、すっきり味です。
特製醤油で食べると美味しいです。
和牛カルビ定食
和牛カルビと、ごはん、味噌汁のセットです。
カルビは、厚めのカットで脂がたっぷり、焼いて食べると柔らかく、脂の甘みをしっかり感じて美味しいです。
牛ホルモン
ホルモンは白い内臓。
やわらかく、焼くと油がしたたり落ちます。
焼けた見極めが難しいですが、食べると弾力があり噛むほどにうま味を感じます。
