社内の宴会の帰りに伺いました
何度か宴会の帰りにうかがってます
目的はもちろんしめのそば
23時くらいに入店したので
店内はお客さんもほとんど帰って
初めてマスターとも軽く話しすることができました
麺は価格を抑えて与那原そばを使ってるのかと思ったらサン食品でした
サン食品の方が日持ちがするって言ってました
日持ちに関してはメーカーの違いは無いと思ってたのですが・・・
麺以外は聞かなかったのですが
発注から考えると
三枚肉もスープもサン食品なのかも知れません。
あっさりしたスープにちょい固めの麺
島で食べるそばとほぼ同じです
サン食品だから間違いありませんね
東北で近くににおいしいそばが食べれる店があるのはありがたいです
価格も良心的だと思います
また ちょくちょくおじゃますると思います
ごちそうさまでした☆
