讃岐うどんのようなシコシコではなく、ふわふわ柔らかい老若男女が美味しく食べられるうどんです。
出汁は透き通ったカツオ節をたっぷり使った旨味たっぷりの出汁。最後まで飲み干せる味です。
食べている間に麺が黒くなる関東のうどんではありません。
豚うどんは豚の脂で出汁が濁ってしまったので、基本のうどんをぜひ食べて欲しい！
お子様ランチは580円とは思えない量！そしてうどんは温冷選べます。冷ますのが面倒で冷を選びましたが、麺が柔らかいので子供が食べやすそうでした。
定食は丼に使われている器はカレーとかパスタで使われているようなお皿です。
こちらもボリュームたっぷり。唐揚げのタルタルソースかけは、食べている間にタルタルが足りなくなることもなく、甘酢たっぷりタルタルたっぷりで大満足でした！
