R3年5月、カミさんとのウォーキングの帰り、小腹が空いたので、”うまか亭 福島西店”に立ち寄ることに。お店の中に入ると店員さんが、「へい、らっしゃい！」と明るく元気な声で、迎えてくれました（嬉）。
案内されたカウンター席へと座り、ベルトの上を右から左へ流れてくるお皿や、店員さんから「握りたてです」と目の前に差し出されたお皿を取るなどして実食開始。今回、おススメしたい寿司ネタは、”ズワイガニ”です。口の中に入れた時の身の柔らかさと、風味がフワーッと広がる感じが素晴らしく、美味しくいただくことが出来ました。
他にも、お口の中で蕩けた”大トロ”が絶品の”マグロ３品”や、程良い歯ごたえが心地よい”白身魚３品”など、新鮮で美味しいにぎりをパクつき、〆の”茶碗蒸し”をいただきランチ終了。いい感じでお腹を満たすことができました。
明るい雰囲気の中、美味しいお寿司がいただける”うまか亭”、また機会をみつけて、訪ねてみようと思います。ごちそうさまでした。
