[Welcome to a rural hideaway nestled quietly in Fukushima! ] Please stop by for a quick drink at the counter. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please relax by chatting with the landlady. [Our original specialty, grilled shabu] Warm the meat on a griddle until it changes color quickly before enjoying. Fukushima beef sirloin melts on your tongue. Enjoy with our special sesame miso sauce. Popular dish! ■It's a loss if you don't try the Kawamata gamecock cartilage minced meat Gyoza / Dumpling ■! ! Rich in flavor with a refreshing green perilla-flavored dressing. We also offer seasonal a la carte dishes. Please come and visit us. |
This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located quietly in a downtown alley. Every time I passed by this area, I saw the signboard and it was a shop that caught my attention. Came in for lunch on a weekday. I didn't know for a moment whether it was working or not, but when I opened the door I heard the landlady's gentle voice. The layout has a counter and a tatami room in the back. I sat at the counter and ordered the Shirumochi set meal for 900 yen. The set meals are luxurious. There are plenty of Small dish. Small dish of tofu, squid and carrots, rape blossoms, and Simmered dish chikuwa and bamboo shoots. And the main soup mochi. Basically, it's zoni. Kenchin soup style simmered in chicken stock. The most important part is the soup mochi, and the gentle flavor of the chicken bones is good, giving it a somewhat comforting taste. I love that it has a lot of ingredients such as chicken thighs, vegetables, and mushrooms. There are 3 pieces of mochi, and the volume is perfect. Needless to say, it goes well with the soup. The squid, carrots, kimchi, and Simmered dish are all homemade. It has a somewhat nostalgic, home-like atmosphere. Both the food and the atmosphere make me feel nostalgic just by sitting at the counter. A nostalgic moment. It's nice to have a drink here at night. The set meals are reasonable and the portions are good. You might want to visit this shop regularly to soak up this nostalgic feeling. Thank you for the meal.
