丸亀製麺 福島泉店に行ってきました。
カウンターで、うどんの種類を注文し、後はトッピングをセルフで皿に乗せレジで会計というシステムです。
天かす、青ねぎ、しょうが、ワサビはセルフで自由に取れます。
自分で天かす、葱の量を決めれるのはいいですね。
うどんはリーズナブルですが、天ぷらなどオプションの頼み方によっては、まあまあな金額になります。
今回はぶっかけうどん(並)、かしわ天を注文しました。
本場讃岐のコシの強さはわかりませんが、程よくコシがありのど越しのいいうどんです。
かしわ天は鶏の胸肉ですが、下味がしっかりついていてジューシーです。から揚げみたいな感じです。

「丸亀製麺 福島泉店」さんに行ってきました。
今回は「担々うどん（大盛り）」を注文しました。
胡麻は控え目でラー油が効いたピリ辛のスープでした。
のど越しもいいうどんで麺に絡むスープの感じも違うので、ラーメンとはまた違う雰囲気の1杯でした。
