ずっと行ってみたかった
こちらの蕎麦屋さんへ
行ってきましたーヽ(*´∀｀*)ﾉ
開店時間から
そんなに経ってなかったので
駐車場も席も空いてました♡
今回エマは黄金そば(1300円)
を注文☆
こちらのお店は蕎麦と水に
とってもこだわりがあるらしく。
蕎麦は会津産で、
水は深井戸の水を使用してるらしい。
蕎麦が出来上がるまで
かなり待ちました(￣▽￣;)
〈黄金そば〉
十割蕎麦・天ぷら5種・小鉢・お新香
のセット。
十割蕎麦って黒っぽい
イメージだったんだけど、
こちらは透き通る美しさ( 〃▽〃)
まずは何もつけずにそのまま。
鼻に抜ける香りと弾力！
そのまま食べても美味しい(人´∀`*)
エビ・茄子・カボチャ・
いんげん・さつまいもの天ぷら。
衣がサクッとしてて
エビはプリップリ♡♡♡
小鉢はきんぴらでしたー♪
アスパラの天ぷら注文するか
かなり悩んで…
結局諦めちゃった(￣▽￣;)
頼めば良かったよ。
美味しかったです♪
