山の中というか田園の中にある異色の手打ち蕎麦屋さん。
場所は吾妻連峰の東側の裾野といった感じの立地とでも言いましょうか。
というか福島市のフルーツロードの本当のフルーツ栽培地。
店舗内外はかなり豪勢な雰囲気、店舗内は無垢材で溢れています。
◇黄金そば（¥1300税抜き）手打ちそば、天婦羅、箸休め二種。
価格を考えたら内容は濃い。
ただこちらの手打ち蕎麦は私には合わない（手打ち蕎麦初心者にはうける硬い蕎麦、同じ硬い蕎麦でも山形の板蕎麦とは違う異種類の蕎麦）。
福島市とか会津若松市でたまに散見される深層水を使用した手打ち蕎麦屋。
食べる側からすると蕎麦の風味が殺されるミネラルが過多となるボーリングして強制的に堀り起こした深層水。
（良い面もあります、風味は皆無となりますが、水の甘みと食感は面白い）
私も含め、普通の水道水とかで打ってもらったほうの蕎麦を好む者もいます（汗）
それは近くの蕎麦屋とのゲストの数で判断ができます。
