福島市には十割で手打ちの美味しい蕎麦屋さんが勢揃い
近くの紅葉が臨時休業だったので近くのこちらに訪問しました。
接客は若い夫婦かな？と思われる方。いらっしゃいませの声もなく、好きな席へどうぞという感じ。
水は冷えてもいない中途半端なぬるさの水。店内には何故か北極の写真。
メニューは高級感あるけど、蕎麦粉についての説明は一切なく、これまた何故か千住ネギの説明書きだけ。
でも、ネギのメニューは天ぷらだけ。
そして、やたらと高い値段設定。そばの大盛りなんて700円増しですからね！！！
頼んでみて分かったのは、ざるそばに、蕎麦つゆに温かい付け出汁がついてくるという不思議なセットになっているということ。
１日5皿限定の野菜のかき揚げ540円なんて、何の野菜が売りなのか？旬なのか？？全く分かりません。
寒かったので温かい天ぷらそばを頼んでみましたが、鰹節は良いものを使ってそうですが、後味からして旨味調味料系の添加物ありだと思います。
豚付け出汁そば大盛り、かき揚げ、天ぷらそばで4500円くらいしました。
びっくりです。
