知り合いの運転手さんからうまい蕎麦屋があるから、今度行ってみなよ！と言われて、現場確認のついでに同僚２人と昼食に。ずいぶんと人里離れたところに、ぽつんとお店があるのを発見。せっかくなので「黄金そば大盛り（￥1.600）」を注文。出来上がった順に出てくるので、天ぷらはカラッと揚がっていて、美味しい。同僚はさつまいもが甘くて美味しいと絶賛。そして肝心のお蕎麦をいただくと、細打ちだとしても、ちょっと香りも弾力も弱い気が・・・。うーん、日によってお蕎麦の出来にバラつきがあるのだろうか？
