こちらは店名とは裏腹に、皆さんモツ煮を買っていかれます。
競馬場といえば、何処に行っても、何故かモツ煮（煮込み）が定番。
福島競馬場でのこちらは貴重なお店です。
大きな鍋で煮込まれたモツ煮は、ゴロゴロとぶつ切りの大根がたっぷり。
ダシを吸っていて旨いですね。
モツは脂っこい部分は少ないため、パクパクと食べられます。
そのせいか、汁も意外とさっぱりで、脂ギトギト系過ぎず美味。
ただ、塩分は濃いめで、北関東〜東北方面の田舎の煮込みって感じ。
11レース当たりだったから、煮詰まったかな？
生ビールのアテには最高。
また、レジ横で販売されているおにぎりとの相性も最高ですね！
