The interior is decorated in muted colors, and the pendulum clock stands out in the atmosphere as chefs work carefully. The occasional Aizu dialect is heard, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort. |
ホテルに到着した時間が遅かったため、普段ならその辺をふらふらさまよいながら気になったお店に入るのですが、そんな時間的余裕がなかったので、ホテルのフロントで潔く「ひとりでも呑みに行きやすいお店を教えてください」と聞きました。幸い（自分とは年齢は全然違いましたが）女性二人でしたので、聞きやすいし、女性の気持ちもわかるだろうと。
「（あそこがいいんじゃない？）提携しているお店がありますよ。クーポンは使わなくてもいいですけど、コレどうぞ」
と、道順まで丁寧に教えていただきました。
たぶん、ふらふらさまよってたら入らなかったお店の外観です。
雑居ビルの2階にあり、「スナック？」かと思いました。
店内は木のぬくもりが感じられる落ち着いた雰囲気で、でもグループのお客さんたちはにぎやかで、静かすぎずに心地いい。
ビートルズ好きなのでしょうか、ＢＧＭはずっとビートルズでした。
カウンター越しに見る板場にはこだわりであろうお皿が置かれていました。その向こうの壁はやたらまぶしいほど白くて、店内の雰囲気とはちょっとずれているような感じがしました。
ホテルでいただいたクーポンを使わせていただきました。
飲み物1杯と、お通し、刺身とメヒカリの唐揚げ、あわせて1045円。晩酌セットのような感じです。
お刺身は、マグロは薄味なものでした。白身の魚はすみません何かはわかりませんでしたが濃厚な脂で、マグロがさっぱりしているだけに引き立ちます。
メヒカリの唐揚げは、頭から尻尾までいただける魚ですが、ゆっくり食べて冷めてもカラッとしていて最後までおいしくいただきました。抹茶塩かと思ったら昆布塩で、やさしい塩加減なので、付けすぎて「しょっぱい！」なんて失敗もありませんでした。逆に、塩をつまみにお酒をいただいてしまいました。
店主さんが厳しくしっかりと指導されているようで、バイトであろう若いお姉さんがちょっと休憩を取る時には、わざわざ「いただきます」と飲み物が入ったカップを板場に見せながら挨拶をしていました。通りで、店員さん同士での私語がまったくなく、静かにすごせました。
