Enjoy a blissful moment savoring delicious food and drinks while feeling the time ticking away on the pendulum clock.
The interior is decorated in muted colors, and the pendulum clock stands out in the atmosphere as chefs work carefully. The occasional Aizu dialect is heard, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort. |
It had been a while since I'd been to Fukushima, and I didn't know where to go. It was hot outside, so I didn't have the energy to explore on my own, so I asked the front desk at the hotel. I asked them to recommend Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where I could eat local ingredients. They gave me a map with a 1045 coupon attached, and said, "I heard that you could eat fried horse mackerel here until last week." I walked a little, but I found the place right away. When I opened the door to the restaurant, I found a nice atmosphere. I thought, "Oh no, is this a bit expensive?", but when I looked at the menu, it didn't seem to be expensive at all. I asked about the benefits of using the coupon, but in the end I didn't use it and they gave me a free first drink. The fried horse mackerel was excellent! The sea squirt sashimi was also good. The sea Vinegared dish dish had a bit of a sea breeze smell. It was a pretty good restaurant, and I enjoyed it. As expected, the hotel front desk's recommendations are not always a big hit, but they never miss the mark.
