福島の蕎麦屋さんの四代目が切り盛りするおかめやさん。
飯館村の蕎麦粉にこだわり、お洒落な店内でそばを提供されている。
一度行ってみたいという念願がかない、１月のある日に訪問。寒い日だっだか、迷わずセイロをお願いする。
青みがかった蕎麦は、ツルツルと喉ごしがよく、キリリと冴えた印象。
江戸前の濃い目のつゆ、鮮烈な薬味の葱と相まって、蕎麦食いとして至福の一時を過ごした。
今度は夜に来て、福島の酒とともにまったり味わいたい。
