福島県桑折町、閉園になった幼稚園を改装し
桑折町の魅力を発信する拠点として誕生した
「Legare Koori・レガーレこおり」にあるイタリアン
コチラでは桃の季節限定で桃ピッツァ
桃パスタメニューがあると知り予約初訪問
季節限定、桃を使ったメニューは3種類
その内2種類がSetメニューに入ってたので
それぞれ注文し連れとシェアする事にしたのは
●『スペシャルSet』￥ 2000
◯桃のピザ ヨーチエン
桃は甘過ぎない硬さのある品種で
チーズの塩気とオリーブオイルのコク
ナッツやペッパーが効いた
フルーツメインなのに
しっかり食事系で美味しいピッツァ♬
●『レギュラーSet』￥ 1650
◯桃とベーコン、ししとうミニトマトのスパゲッティーニ
コチラも甘過ぎないが香り良い桃を使用
ベーコンの旨味と塩気が桃と合う❗
アルデンテパスタにはオイルソース
サッパリした夏野菜と桃のパスタ
・ どちらも前菜盛り合わせ、選べるドリンク付き
前菜どれも美味しいが
冷製トウモロコシスープが良い味やった

桃とベーコンのオイルパスタが美味しくて
自宅でマネして作ってみたがパスタが乳化してしまい
コチラみたいに美味しくは作れんかった…( ´ᐞ` )
やっぱパスタはプロが作るお店で食べよう（笑）
