2010年代半ばの話です。
こちらのお店は20数年前に繁華街の陣場町に開店したイタリアンレストラン。
（どうやら数年前に陣場町から上町に移転され、かなり綺麗な店舗になった様子）
オーナーシェフの小野氏は食材に対する拘りを持ち、野菜は契約農家から季節の野菜を直送。
この野菜を「米澤牛」や「会津地鶏」「川俣シャモ」などと合わせた料理がとても美味しかったです。
特に評判だったのが東北で水揚げされる鮮魚をメインの素材としたカルパッチョやアクアパッツァ。
店内はとても落ち着きのある雰囲気で、
日本酒・ワインのペアリング（当時はそんな言葉無かったと思いますが）も抜群でした。
大変美味しかったです。
