When I was wandering around AEON for the first time in a long time, I saw that it was Repaco's, or rather, half of Repaco's restaurant was Legaro. This shop used to be started by renovating a Ramen shop behind the Steak Palace in Toriyano, but it was closed. Fresh pasta has a chewy and unique texture, so people have different tastes, but how about these noodles that I haven't had in a long time? The lunch menu, where you can enjoy the fun of choosing, has not changed. But we're a single-piece attack (laughs). Homemade Neapolitan The first item would be noodles, or rather, pasta. I also had an image of the origin, so I took this one. I like tomato sauce because it is less acidic. The smooth texture is like Pescatore's sauce, and it seems to be a finish that sets it apart from other Neapolitans. The noodles are also much more elastic and have a much better impression than when I had them in the previous restaurant. By the way, the other dish is pizza. Pescatore in medium size. When I heard the M size, I had an image of regular, but it is much smaller than that. Well, it's my second lunch today, so it's a little moderate, but if it's just one meal, I'll have to go hard with a salad as a set to work in the afternoon. But the ingredients are plentiful. I was expecting to sprinkle it with frozen Seafood mix, but I was disappointed in a good way. The cheese is also of good quality, and the texture of the dough is decent. However, it costs ¥1000 for a single item of this size, so if it tastes bad, it is not allowed. I think it's a good restaurant with a cheerful atmosphere and good staff. It was a feast.
