When I think of fresh pasta, I think of fettuccine or tagliatelle. However, because sticky pasta is often paired with a thick sauce, the texture is not very good, which is why many people don't like it. This is Regalo, a shop synonymous with fresh pasta in Fukushima. The fresh pasta seems to be spaghettini, so I asked about it. ◇ baguette lunch (¥1,290 tax included) Includes salad bar/drink bar/dessert/ baguette For pasta, choose tomato sauce pasta. This was delicious♪ I used canned tomatoes and made it with fava beans. A nice balance between the sweetness of broad beans and the gentle acidity of tomato sauce. The cheddar cheese shaving service performed by the staff is also wonderful. I used anchovy butter for baguette, but to be honest, it was way too salty (sweat).It might have been more delicious if I had just grilled baguette normally and had the pasta sauce removed. Comes with salad bar and drink bar. But to be honest, it might be tough to be in this space with only guys (lol) Guys, and that's all by yourself. Delicious fresh pasta spaghetti. The chewy texture is so wonderful (^^v Thank you for the meal~♪
