自分でも意外ですが初訪問。
「大人の居酒屋」というフレーズに惹かれました。
海鮮系の居酒屋として福島市では名の知られた店です。
週末は開店直後から満席。
予約無しの訪問で断られている客を何組も見かけましたから、相当な人気店のようですね。
カウンター席は6卓。
テーブル席と座敷席。
窮屈感はなく、内装も垢抜けています。
料理は居酒屋料理の定番から旬の魚介を用いたオリジナリティ溢れる一品料理など。
その日のおすすめは、地域ブランド「常磐もの」といわれる真鯛の昆布〆、〆鯖、あぶらぼうず。
数量限定の鰹の刺身と鰯の天ぷらなど。
下記の料理を注文。
・独歩のカツオ
・蛤酒蒸し
・せせりポン酢

・ポテサラ
・タコから揚げ
・鰯の天ぷら
・ガゼウニ

鰹の刺身は独歩のカツオと称し、銀皮の表面がバーナーで炙られている。
藁焼きとは違う味わいです。
厚めに切られた弾力のある鰹の身。
炙られた銀皮の香ばしい風味と皮目から滲み出た脂の旨味がなんとも堪らない一品。
・鰯の天ぷら
入梅鰯。
梅雨穴子と同じで鰯も今が旬です。
脂が乗っていて味に癖がない。
旬のものに勝るものなし。
どの料理も自店の味というのが確立できている。
緩くてチャラい料理は一品も見当たらない。
雰囲気だけでなく料理も大人向け。
まさに大人の居酒屋です。
油坊主をまるっきり知らない客が居ましたが、その人は大人ではないでしょうね（笑）
