I had a meeting in Fukushima in the afternoon, so I made a reservation right after the store opened. I tried to shorten the time by telling them the order, and I led the three fish, who usually don't have a lot of deliciousness, to the meal. I had been checking out the Sendai store for some time, but I had a disappointing impression of the service (perhaps it was a problem with the staff member alone?), so I took this opportunity to visit the main store... The Times next door. I parked my car in the parking lot and arrived a little early, so I went to the nearby Bunka Dori and Paseo 470. I took a walk around the area. It's a nice cityscape with lots of restaurants everywhere. While everyone was saying things like ``Wow, that store is nice'', the time came and we decided to go inside. I informed the staff in front of me of my reservation and was guided to my seat. For those accustomed to the brightness of a sunny winter day, the slightly dim, subdued lighting creates a calm atmosphere that doesn't distract from the surrounding seats. There are 6 different menus to choose from for lunch, but this time I was most interested in the ``Charcoal-grilled 100% Japanese Beef Coarsely Ground Lean Hamburg.'' Perhaps because all four of us had pre-ordered it, we sat down to the seats we were shown to. The seven wheels were already set with red charcoal in them. After order confirmation and explanation (free refills for rice, soup, and Small dish), and how to grill the food, the staff will be able to give you instructions. At this point, drinks were confirmed and there was silence for a while. After that, we ordered just one glass of wine and one beer, making excuses like ``I only need one glass'' or ``It's a special occasion''. We were asked to decide while we were waiting for our drinks, so we each chose 3 out of the 9 types of sauces (condiments) for our meat. * Yakiniku (Grilled meat) sauce, onion grated ponzu, Tasmanian grain mustard, garlic soy sauce, truffle egg yolk, wasabi soy sauce, pepper salt, salted raw pepper, green chili sauce I'm sure there are various opinions, but I like the standard "truffle egg yolk". I chose three types: ``salted raw pepper'', which is not often eaten, and wasabi soy sauce, which is essential for Yakiniku (Grilled meat). In addition to the standard dishes, my companions chose mustard, ponzu sauce, and green chili peppers. Before talking about the main dish, Small dish of namul was delicious. The soup was also ok. As I continued eating, I realized that I was very grateful for the free refills. When eaten with meat, it was so delicious that even a picky eater would be tempted to ask for another helping. When the meat is served, the staff member will demonstrate how to grill just one piece of meat. Instructions below: ``Place Hamburg on the iron plate and use tongs to press down on the clumps, crushing them by about 1cm and spreading them out. Once the bottom side of the meat is cooked, you can easily insert tongs into it, so turn it over. Once both sides are cooked, open the meat and let the inside cook through. ” he explained while deftly handling the four pieces. It was hilarious to see all four of them staring at the meat with serious eyes and nodding their heads. There was no mistake in my choice of condiments (sauce). Staring at the red-hot coals, getting excited by the occasional high flame, and grilling the meat while comparing it to the one next to me was a very fun event. If you don't add any sticky condiments, the egg will remain at the end, so it's also delicious if you pour the entire contents of the small plate over some fresh rice. I ate with smiles and nods, I was happy to see everyone's eyes sparkle as they refilled their dishes, and the wine I was served was even more delicious than the price, making it a satisfying lunch. Thank you for letting me know that it was delicious when you check out. Please feel free to use it at night if you like. I was sent off cheerfully. Well, let's do our best at the meeting.
