たまに有る味噌ラーメンを頂きましたが、
スープの味は味噌の香りが全く無く、全体的にぼんやりしていて、
麺は茹で過ぎか、歯ごたえがグニャグニャでした。
二口で食事終了。
かなり期待していたのです...
女性店主が作る和食をベースに
した繊細な味わいのラーメン！
黄金色の旨みたっぷりのスープ！
トッピングふチャーシュー、味玉
ほうれん草、ナルトなど。
味わいの深い逸品でした！
開店したばかりで綺麗なお店でした。
土曜日の14時過ぎなのに待ち15分くらいでした。
ワンタン麺を注文しました。大きな皮で具は少なめでツルツルで美味しい。麺、スープとても美味しいかったです。
お店は綺麗で清潔、お客様対応良し。
スープの味は麺つゆ感 焼豚は薄硬
好みは人それぞれです 各自で評価なさってください。
という塩梅の塩味ですから。
お吸い物など椀ものの塩分濃度なので、ごくごく飲めちゃうスープです。
他店のような食べ終わった後に喉が乾いて水がぶ飲みなんてことにはなりません。

スープが美味しくて飲み干しそうでした。
