4号線から少し入ったところにありました。
店内に入るとすぐ左側に券売機がありました。
卵かけごはんが目に入って心惹かれたけど、＋ラーメンは厳しいと思い断念。
普通の中華そばと何が違うか分からなかったけど『匠プレミアム中華そば』を注文。
黄金色の鳥油のスープ。
上品な見た目と味のラーメンですね。
麺はちぢれ麺。
メニューを見てたらワンタンがあった。
確かに、このスープはワンタンに合いそう。
美人店主で、店員は女性だけ。
(女性店主というと仙台の『中華そば さかうち』を思い出す)
店構え、店内ともに清潔感があって、女性ならではの感覚のお店ですね。
女性でも入りやすいんじゃないかな。
同じ系統だと、仙台の嘉一よりは好きかな。。
この手のラーメンは普段食べないし、あまり無いので新鮮でしたね。
