There are times when a man has to compete no matter what. This is the one that catches your eye when you pass near Route 13 Italian Cuisine It is located on the corner of the center of Fukushima City, and is also located along National Route 13. When you can build a glass restaurant so majestically, it's impossible not to worry about it. This is also a store that I thought would eventually go head-to-head. I visited you for lunch on a weekday. It's almost half past 12 o'clock, but the restaurant is almost full. There was a vacancy at the counter seat by the window, so I slipped into the counter. The menu is limited to the current season, and the salad and drink set are 1250 yen. It seems to be a limited offering, and it seems that it cannot be served in large quantities. We waited for a while, but on this day, the temperature rose sharply and it was sunny in early summer beyond spring. The part facing the road is in a shanty building with a full glass wall, and direct sunlight is harsh. Even if you lower the blinds to block the sunlight, the temperature is still quite high, as if you were indoors with the heating on. It's hot and sweaty. Just when I thought I was thinking about this seat for a while, Pepe appeared. The looks are neat, and it is the type that is often mixed with clams and tuna at this time of year. I think the sauce is good without any problems, but the problem is the noodles. I was half expecting it, but this is a shop that sells fresh pasta. It is characterized by its unique chewy texture, and you can feel the taste of wheat quite a bit. Oil-based noodles don't go well with these noodles. After all, the true strength of this noodle is cream and tomato. The delicate and simple taste and aroma of the oil are spoiled by the rich sweetness of the wheat. It's simply a matter of compatibility. And when I looked at the menu again, I could have eaten mentaiko cream and baguette lunch for the same price, and something decent at a little more discount. It's not that the taste is bad, but it's more of a Tokyoized restaurant. There are times when a man has to challenge even if he knows he is losing, so this is also a learning experience in a sense. Considering the price and quality, it may not be worth it for some people. In a sense, it may be said that it is a store only for location. It can get quite hot on sunny days near the window, so be careful if you are worried about the sun or heat, or if you are not good at it. It was a feast.
