「麺処 ひろ田製粉所 道の駅ふくしま店」さんにいってきました。
今回は、手揉み味玉中華そば（太麺）を注文しました。
950円でして。
道の駅に移転後初訪問です。平日に行けたので、道の駅は激混みではなかったです。
トッピングは、チャーシュー、ナルト、ネギ、メンマ、ほうれん草、海苔、煮卵でした。
煮卵は薄味。スープが強いので薄く感じるのかもしれません。
麺は、小麦の強い太麺でスープが鰹節強いですが負けない強い麺でした。麺が好きなので大盛りにすればよかったかな。
上町の時の懐かしい中華そばより、鰹節感が強くなった1杯でした。

今回は、「手揉み中華そば(太麺、大盛り)」を注文しました。
830円+150円でした。
節ベースの酸味のあるスープで、濃いめの１杯でした。前より塩気が強いような気がしました。
