絶品！おもてなしとカキフライ！！
平日の8時半過ぎに訪問。土日は行列が出来ているのが常ですが、平日のこの時間は待ちなしで、片付けのため5分程度待って着席。
物腰の柔らかなマスターが熱いおしぼりと熱い緑茶を持ってきてくれます。オーダーはカキフライと焼きヒレカツ。
まずサラダとフレンチ風の白とオイルとナッツの入った酸味のある黒のドレッシング。2:1で混ぜて使ってくださいとのこと。いろんな比率出かけましたが、言われた通りの比率がたしかに美味いです！
このサラダだけでも名店だと思います。
その後、すり鉢に入ったゴマとご飯、香の物、お味噌汁が運ばれ、メインのカツとカキフライ。
カツはすったゴマとソースでいただきます。焼きなのであっさり目の味。カキフライはワサビを乗せてその上に醤油を垂らして頂きます。このカキフライが最高です！粗めにすったワサビは香り高く、程よい鼻の抜けのある味で、コクのあるカキフライをさわやかな後味をプラスしてめちゃくちゃ美味いです！
食べ終わると、おしぼりとお茶が出てきます。初めと違いおしぼりは食べて暑くなった時にちょうど良い冷たいおしぼりに。お茶はほうじ茶に。この心遣いが人気の秘訣なんだなと改めて感心しました。

平日の17時20分頃お邪魔しました。駐車場はほぼ満杯で、端に軽が一台なんとか停められるスペースがありました。
店内は満席で一巡するまで待つとのことでした。接客が丁寧で、たとえどんなに混んでいても急かせることはないホスピタリティーが、このお店素晴らしいところなので気長に待ちます。
着席は18時過ぎ。メニューはヘレ焼きカツとカキフライのセット。サラダは山盛りで特製ソースを黄金比(説明あり)で混ぜて頂きます。このドレッシングが激うまで、これだけでも仁亭に来たくなります。
大粒の牡蠣が2つ。生わさびと醤油を一たらししていただきます。牡蠣の濃厚な旨味とザクザクの衣、絶妙な塩加減の下味、山葵と醤油の風味。カキフライは普段ご飯よりお酒のアテですが、ここのカキフライはご飯が進みます。そして米も粒立っていて美味しです。
ご飯はおかわり自由ですが、中年には十分過ぎるボリュームなので控えました。
ずっーと元気に営んで欲しい郡山が誇る名店だと思います。ご馳走さまでした！
