今回はおでん巡り旅は郡山に来ました。二日目のランチはふつうに地元の美味しい店を・・ということで親子丼の店です。
検索してどうみても郡山市内では群を抜いて優良店だろうということでチョイスしましたが、この日この後、秋田へ移動するのにあえて秋田の比内地鶏の店に入ってしまうとは・・
たぶんこの時の自分は比内料理に飢えていたのでしょう。
席は予約して入店、開店時間すぐはそうでもなかったですが、やはり人気店のようで料理を待っている間に次第に席は埋まっていきました。
頼んだメニューはせっかくなので「極上」の方の比内地鶏親子丼セット（蕎麦もついている）です。
ほどなくして料理が配膳されると、本当に極上の仕上がりです。
玉子はとろりと程よい加熱具合でふんわりした食感、濃厚な出汁とマッチした仕上がりになっています。そしてそれに負けない比内地鶏のコクのある味わいと弾力のある歯ごたえ・・
すべてがパーフェクトな親子丼に仕上がっています。
時間を忘れて夢中で食べてしまいました。
おそらく今まで食べた親子丼の中で１，２を争う旨さだったと思います。（秋田でも駅中の店で食べたことがあるのですが・・）
この店を選んで正解でした。（おまけで甘味ものをいただけました。コーヒーもうまかった）
