郡山駅前のすし百名店で今回の福島遠征を締めくくる。
新幹線で東京に戻る前に立ち寄りました。
「魚紋の昼膳」という名の限定ランチを予約して訪問。
せっかくなので地酒もいただく。
猪苗代町の七重郎 特別純米酒と先付けから頂く。
先付けは青森の黒もずく、鱧の湯引き、鮪の角煮。
次に賀茂なすの揚出し、ちなみに店主のとらたにさんは地元でなく京都のご出身のようです。
福島産の海鮮は未だ風評があるため、地魚でなく、空路・陸路で全国から仕入れているとのこと。
にぎりは、

*鳥取の本鮪 湯通しした漬け

*小鰭 舎利は赤酢

*いくらの手巻き
ほどよく小さめの舎利で８貫
鮪ときゅうりの巻物、玉、あおさの味噌汁までが昼膳。
追加のネタを見せていだき、１貫だけ頂いたなかから、
苫小牧の北寄貝
最後のデザートはサクランボといちじく。
意外にほぼ東北テイストのないことに驚いた。
でも旨い寿司でちょうどいい腹具合。
お土産買って新幹線に乗り帰路へ。
