I visited Koriyama the night before my first business trip to Fukushima in 15 years, where I inspected the controlled area, including the nuclear power plant, so I went there to enjoy Sushi and sake. I started with beer, then Fukushima sake. From sashimi to nigiri from all over the country. For grilled food, I had eel served fresh. Delicious. Fukushima has been facing complex issues since the Great East Japan Earthquake. Even recently, proper understanding of things like ocean water discharge has not progressed. Personally, I hope that the day will come when we can serve a lot of Sushi with ingredients from Fukushima Prefecture. Also, I would like to see a wider variety of snacks.
