The hotel was right in front of us and the atmosphere looked nice, so we had dinner there. There were a few of us, so we were shown to a private room. It's not very stylish, but I get the feeling that they've been around for a long time. A woman wearing a kimono brought our things. From the appetizer, I was sure this was a hit. The taste was excellent!!! Everything we ate was delicious. Maybe Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) was a little overcooked? I thought that if it was fresh, it didn't need to be cooked until it was crispy. But the best part was the horse sashimi. Even now, several days later, I still want to eat it. The sauce was tamari soy sauce? I tried it with something like kanzuri made from garlic and chili peppers, and it was the best thing ever... The result was a hit. I'll definitely come again.
