Kimchi is the hometown of the heart☆
I used this for a celebration. Delicious grilled meat, sanche, ikafe, and kalbi soup have become standard dishes. This time I added my first cheese pancake. The rib soup is made with well-cooked ingredients, making it soft and delicious. The ribs were in a soft state (^^) For the grilled meat, I ordered the special ribs, misuji, salted pork tongue, and fatty pork, and it would have been nice to have several kinds of vegetables come with the meat. All the beef is juicy, tender and delicious! Because it is carefully selected Wagyu beef. Icafe also has a good texture as usual and the sweet and sour taste of mustard vinegar miso is delicious! The beer is going well~(^^)qThe food is good, and the drinks are also good~. Thank you for the meal.
フェとは「刺身」です。意外☆
韓国料理、もっぱら焼き肉屋さん（かと思っていました。店内は和風で座敷の掘りごたつに焼き台がある造りでした。換気扇らしき物は無かったですが、空気は常にきれいなので、見えないところに換気扇なる装置があるのでしょう。
フェとは、意外にも「刺身」。
イカ・フェ、カキ・フェなど数種類のフェを揃えています。今回食べたのは、イカフェ。
イカの刺身とキュウリなどの野菜とキムチ、辛酢味噌を合えた物（だったと思います）は、さっぱりしていてピリ辛・甘めという仕上がりでした。イカの食感がコリコリしていて美味！酒の肴に良いですね～。こちらの牛肉は和牛を主に使っています。その中でも普通のカルビから特上カルビ、極上カルビなどを揃えています。今回は普通ランクのカルビを食べましたが、それでもかなり美味！柔らかくて牛の味わいがしっかりします。この上のランクとは想像つきませんがお高いので次回に(^_^;)サンチェは一束で登場。甘味噌が添えられてきますが、この甘味噌が抜群に美味！こちらの焼き肉ソースにも加えられている感じがします。そう、こちらの焼き肉ソースも抜群に美味なんです。味噌感と甘みが丁度良く、焼き肉がどんどん進みます。肉自体の質が良く、ソースも美味という、良いお店でした。ごちそうさまでした。

I use this place when I want to eat delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat) or Korean Cuisine. Yakiniku (Grilled meat) & sanche, feh, and stone-grilled bibimbap are our teppan menus. The sweet miso sauce that comes with the sanche is especially delicious! Fe is a sweet and spicy aemono that goes well with alcohol. Squid cafe (squid fe) is an addictive dish, and if you combine it with alcohol, rice, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), or anything else, it will form an infinite loop (^^) This time's Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is jumbo bone-in short ribs. Each piece is large, so you have to cut it with scissors to make it easier to eat, but it's still soft and juicy! The fact that it comes with bones will whet your appetite. It's great for celebrations and as a reward. Thank you for the meal.
