Fe in the store name. I imagined it to be something like Cajun, but the crab fe was out of season, so there was Oyster fe. Since the ingredients for Fe are rare, I thought it would be a shame to try Oyster at this time, so I decided against it this time. I want to come back in the fall when crab fe is available. Let's start with the top tongue salt. What wonderful marbling and flavor! I am keenly aware that you should not skimp on the price Cow tongue. Next is the special ribs. The special ribs and the best ribs were lined up side by side on the menu, and I asked the staff what the difference was, but they didn't seem to understand, so I chose the special ribs. This is also delicious! When I ordered Sanchu, it was delivered in a bundle ^_^ The bone-in short ribs, which are said to be a specialty, are average for the price. It's hard to eat because it has bones, so I guess I won't have to order it next time. When my stomach started to swell, I ordered ribs. This has a strong seasoning and is similar to miso sauce. There shouldn't have been any miso flavor, but maybe I added the wrong seasoning? The additional stone-grilled half bibimbap is delicious, not too much or too little! Although the cost performance was not good, I was very satisfied with the shop.
