郡山駅から徒歩3分程度
一本路地に入った場所に重厚なビル
その2階にある【元祖肉処源氏】さん
創業は1966年と地元で愛され、そして健康でなければ続け得ぬ時を歩まれております
◯レモン焼き（塩） ロース 1,700円
オーダーから待つこと20分ほど、カウンターなのでオーダーが通ってないことはあり得ませんが少しだけ不安になる待ち時間を経て目の前に供されたのは分厚い豚ロース肉
美しい焦げ目に喉を鳴らしかぶりつくとまるで歯がなくても噛み切れてしまうのではないかと思うほどの柔らかさ
そしてこの分厚さのロース肉の脂身が信じられないほどとろっとろの蕩け具合
なるほど、この時間をかけてじっくり火を入れることによって表現できる柔らかさなのですね！！
シンプルな調理ながらここまで昇華される事に感服いたしました
