日曜ランチで「健食学レストラン」のエルマールさんに伺ってみました。
かっちりしたお店というより、気軽に寄れるレストランな雰囲気です。
お客さんはファミリーやカップル、女子会など、誰でもウェルカムな客層です。
なかなか盛況で、12時〜13時過ぎくらいまでは、1〜2組くらい順番待ちができる状態です。
○黒セレブ骨付きローストチキン
ジュージューと音を立てながら登場((´∀｀*))
ワイルドな見た目と反するように、熱されたレモンの爽やかな香りが漂います。
鶏肉（黒セレブ）の肉質はなかなか柔らかくジュージュー。
表面はブラックペッパーの香ばしさ。
中は味噌のしっかりした下味がしっかりと。
スパイスの味わいと香りがとても良いです！
今回はパンをチョイスしましたが、自宅なら茶碗飯を掻き込みたい味。笑
味付けはしっかりですが、濃いというほどではなく良い塩梅。
パンとスープは想像通りの味で特筆すべき点はありません。
連れの頼んだペスカトーレ・ロッソも、想像するトマトベースのパスタそのものって感じでした。
魚介の旨味はありましたが、想像を超えない感じ。
チキンはかなり美味しかったですが、総合的には少し落ちます。
接客は良い感じでした！
