この店は郡山のラーメン店です。
昔ラーメンの郡山中華そば、黒みりん使用の黒中華そば、青森シャモロック鶏出汁の支那そば、鶏豚ダブルスープに背脂入りのじゅんそば、味噌拉麺などがあります。
ラーメンWalker福島2024に掲載されていた「じゅんそば（920円）」を注文。
黒に近い色のあっさり醤油味のスープです。
細かい背脂が乗ってますが、油っぽくはなくスッキリ。
見た目通り醤油濃い味ですが、しょっぱさは皆無で、ほのかに酸味のある意外に地味な味です。
麺は細めのストレートの麺です
