"Ramentei Ramen" seafood and pork bone Ramen and roast pork rice bowl
Ramen is located along National Route 49. I've known about it for a long time, but this was my first time going in. I parked my car in the parking lot at the back of the alley and headed in. It was lunchtime, but there were no customers there. I ordered the Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen & Char Siu Bowl Set from the recommended menu displayed on the table. It was a bargain at 750 yen including tax. The Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen doesn't look like much, but it has the flavor of the popular restaurant's Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) with the aroma of dried sardines. They also have a Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) menu, which I think is definitely delicious. The char siu flavor is also good. The char siu bowl is topped with chopped green onions, which go perfectly with the fragrant char siu. Next time I'll try Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) (lol)

The head chef has changed for personal reasons, so the menu has changed. Creamy, collagen-rich tonkotsu Ramen with plenty of back fat is available from 650 yen, light salt tonkotsu Ramen with a well-b |
Second visit to the restaurant. I ordered "Seafood Shoyu Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle)" because I was sure that Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) must be delicious if I had "Seafood Tonkotsu Ramen" the last time I ate there. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) I ordered a bowl of rice topped with an egg, which I found on the Internet to be delicious, so I decided to add it to my order. It was brought to me shortly after. Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) is usually about 1.5 times the amount of noodles, but "Nami" is for one person. A large serving is about normal. The dipping sauce is quite large and unbalanced. The noodles tasted just as I expected and finished quickly. Can I get some split soup? The "Tamago-don" (egg bowl) has a thick, sweet and spicy flavor and costs 200 yen (tax not included), which is a good deal. If you look at the menu, you will see that "Katsu-don" (pork cutlet bowl) is also 250 yen. I plan to post a blog entry the next time I eat there. Mother and son are doing their best. My parents' home is also Cafeterias, and I used to help my mother with delivery services when I was in junior high and high school. That's why I want to support this kind of restaurant.
