会津そばと福島の地酒がいただけるお店♪
★今日は、夜までは暇なので、
一人で駅前をぷらぷらして、
うすいデパートに行く途中で、
こちらの『春待堂』さんを発見しました。
以前、銀座一丁目にもあったお店で、
いつの間にか、なくなっていた。
今日は、こちらでランチをすることに。
メニューを見て、
ビックリ天丼が気になりましたが、
さすがに、サイズ的に無理なので、
野菜天ぷらせいろ1380円にしてみた。
天ぷらは、茄子、おくら、玉ねぎ、かぼちゃ、きのこなど。
蕎麦は二段蕎麦で、透明感があり、
さらさらして、短めのお蕎麦。
そばつゆが、出汁がきいていてめっちゃ美味い。
会津の蕎麦は、美味しいなぁと実感！
ランチメニューは、他にも、川俣シャモの、
こだわり親子丼1280や、
ビックリ大海老２尾と野菜の、海老天せいろ1580などもありました。
地元にしてみたら、ちょっとお高めなお店かも。
店内は、照明も暗めで、落ち着いた、
お洒落な和の空間でした。
そして、福島の地酒がたくさん置いてある。
ぜひ！東京の友達を連れていきたいお店。
福島らしいお料理を紹介するのにも、
良いお店かもです(^∇^)

何年か前に同じくランチで
利用したことがある。
ランチメニューの
ミニ丼そばセットにした。
ミニ丼は選べるタイプ
海老天をセレクト
海老が五本も入っていてうれしい。
上品なお味の天丼で美味しい。
蕎麦はせいろそばが２枚つき
麺が短いから、もう少しつかみやすい
程よい長さを希望したい
ランチとしては美味しいので
また利用します。
喜一とコラボした喜多方ラーメンが
食べてみたい。
