The location may be a little hard to find. The restaurant is small, with a counter for 5-6 people and one tatami room that can seat 5-6. It just opened this summer, so it's very clean. It's run by two housewives in their 40s. One of them is from Korea, so Korean Cuisine they make is excellent. I had the 5,000 yen all-you-can-drink course, but all the dishes are 500 yen each, so I think it's very reasonable. It's a good place to drop in for a quick drink by yourself, or go with a few friends. However, it's not particularly large, so it's best to call ahead and check.
