息子とランチに出掛け定食系が食べたいとの事で、メニューが豊富な山忠さんに伺いました。
11:50着でしたので満席状態でしたが、なんとかテーブルに座る事が出来ました。
本日オーダーしたのは
まぐろ鉄火丼大盛り 1450円税込 (大盛り料金不明)
盛り付けが綺麗な鉄火丼です。
まぐろはバチまぐろと思いますが、筋が一切なく柔らかくて美味しいまぐろです。
手前の2枚は中トロ、大葉側の4枚は赤身と思われます。

大葉の下にはツマとワカメが隠れてました。
ご飯は酢飯で注文が入る事にシャリを作っているように思いました。
食べた感想ですが、シャリが温かくて全体を台無しにしています。

これなら普通のご飯の方が良かった。
まぐろが美味しかっただけに残念でした。
