馬肉生産量第２位の福島県で、せっかくなので馬肉料理を食べてみた。
『庄や』と同じ運営母体らしく、店の作りは明るく華々しい。
居酒屋グループを手がけているだけあり、飲み物も豊富なラインナップ。
中を継ぎ足し可能なレモンサワーに、メガジョッキのホッピーセットなど、呑兵衛にも対応。
肝心の馬肉料理は、メニューが多すぎてとても数回の訪問では制覇できなさそう。
桜刺し、メンチカツ、フレンチタルタルと、馬肉ばかりだがそれぞれ全く異なる料理で、バリエーションを楽しめた。
調べてみると、全国でも５店舗だけのよう。
また来てみたい。
