デパートの北海道物産展に行った後、ランチに伺いました。以前からBMしていて来たかったお店ですが、駅前近辺はなかなか来る機会がなく、ようやくチャンス到来しました。

パスタは生パスタですね。コシがありながら、もちもち食感のパスタが絶品です。ペペロンチーノは細め、カチョエペペはやや太めの生パスタ(トンナレッリ)が使われていました。季節のペペロンチーノは、しゃきしゃき下仁田ネギとパンチェッタの自然な旨みが際立ち、パスタとの絡みも素晴らしい！カチョエペペは、チーズとブラックペッパーのシンプルだけど奥深い味わいが、最後まで飽きさせない美味しさでした。
ドルチェもお店で手作りされる、オリジナル。ふわふわのティラミスにトマトのコンフィチュール、ゴルゴンゾーラのレアチーズケーキにオレンジのソース。意外と思われる組み合わせですが、抜群の相乗効果に驚きました。料理もドルチェもレベル高いです。
本格イタリアンを、気軽に立ち寄り楽しめるお店です。ごちそうさまでした。
