ランチは、少しづついろいろ食べたい！という要望があり、かねてからBMしていたゆず庵さんのランチをいただくために、訪問しました。こちらは、しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題&お寿司の店ですが、ランチタイムでは四種類くらい、御膳メニューも提供されてます。平日昼過ぎでもほぼ満席、人気のほどが伺えます。
冬のゆず庵松花堂ランチ
かなり華やかな内容でした。炙り鶏の水炊き仕立てにうどん、他ちらし寿司やかき揚げ、牛すき豆腐、茶碗蒸しなどなどとにかく盛りだくさん。水炊きの出汁は鶏ガラや昆布などでしょうか、旨みがあり同様に茶碗蒸しも奥深い味わいでした。かき揚げは揚げたてのサクサク、ゆず塩でいただきとても美味しかったです。いろいろな料理の小鉢が彩りよくセットされていますが、どれも温かくなっていて、それも良かったです。2品選べるデザート&ドリンクがついてこの値段、内容ですからかなりCPが良いと思います。提供のタイミングも良く、ゆっくりランチを楽しめました。
しゃぶしゃぶ、お寿司、すき焼きも食べたいので、また伺いたいと思います。
