新店の餃子専門店です。
カウンター５席と
小上がりテーブル2つの小さなお店。
私は餃子とビールを

◇キリンラガー中瓶 ５００円
帰りは息子が運転手なので
◆餃子定食 ８００円
手作りの包みたての餃子を鉄板で
丁寧に焼いてます。
最初の私の餃子
焼きが少し弱めでした…
2枚目はバッチリの焼き目！
自家製の厚めのモチモチした皮。
肉が多めの餡で噛むと汁が飛び出します！
厚めの皮と旨味の強い肉餡のバランスが良い♪
味付け濃いめで(ﾟчﾟ)ｳﾏｲ!!
ビールに最高です❣️
息子は漬け物嫌いなので
私にはサッパリと良いアテになりました(笑)
お店の拘りのお酢！
煮干し入りのお酢の瓶と昆布入りのお酢の瓶。
ハブ酒みたいに、お酢の瓶の中に煮干しが
入ってます(笑)
煮干しの臭みは無く煮干しの香りと旨味の
あるお酢と黒胡椒のタレが
濃いめの味の餃子に一番合いました(*^^)
定食には、浅漬けと小鉢
なめこ汁と炊きたての美味しいご飯♡
餃子は7個です♪
美味しくてお腹いっぱいだそうです！
来月の月変わり餃子に合わせる
椎茸入りのお酢と干しホタテ入りのお酢
仕込み中でした(^^)
今回は今月の餃子が無かったので
来月は違う餡の餃子を
椎茸か干しホタテのお酢のタレで
食べたいです！
