YouTubeで串焼きの動画を観ていたらこちらが思い浮かび訪問する。ただのカツと串に刺さったカツではやはりうまさが違いますね(^^)。手間暇かかってますし、串に刺さった獲物にかぶりつく感じが良い！串盛りや「かすうどん」を注文。かすうどんに使われる「油かす」は、牛のホルモンを脂が無くなるまで揚げた珍味。出汁の効いたスープに太めのうどんととろろ昆布、油かすがそれぞれ良い役割をもっていて美味！
小学生以下の子を同伴するとたこ焼き無料ですし、じゃんけんで勝つとソフトドリンク一杯無料というサービスが粋です。たこ焼きは自分で焼きます。卓上コンロにたこ焼き機を置いて焼くので楽しみながら食べれます。チャカ○カファイヤー！と言って、コンロに着火！YouTubeのとあるチャンネルに心酔中(^_^;)。
たこ焼きは生地に出汁がしっかり含まれていて、美味でした。甘めのソースと合いますね～。そして、串カツはどれもサクッと揚がっていて、ジューシーで美味です！次回はお酒と合わせたいですね～。ごちそうさまでした。
