On my way back from Minamisoma, I came across Funahiki in Tamura City, a place I don't usually pass by, so I decided to have lunch at Funahiki. I searched for what to eat and went to this restaurant that looked good. The store was located in a residential area. The appearance is stylish and fashionable. When you enter the store, you can feel the warmth of the wood, and the atmosphere is very nice. Go to the first counter seat. From my seat, I could see the chef cooking. I taste the pasta every time I boil it. It seemed like they were checking the doneness of the pasta, and I couldn't help but look at it, thinking that it would fill me up (lol). Order from the lunch menu ◇Japanese-style basil with small shrimp and autumn vegetables. 1,114 yen (tax included) The lunch menu comes with an appetizer, salad, and bread. Appetizers were served on one plate in less than 5 minutes after ordering. The appetizer of the day was caponata, and the salad dressing was made with beets. The store clerk explained carefully. The beetroot dressing is cute in pink. Pasta was also served before I could finish eating. It's full of autumn vegetables. Sweet potatoes, king king mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, carrots, and Chinese cabbage that you don't see in pasta. What are the green leaves? ? It was a leafy vegetable, not spinach or komatsuna.
