種類が豊富
こちらは醤油でも塩でもない「琥珀」という味を宣伝してるお店です。「いつか行ってみたい」をついに実現です。
初訪問では、琥珀チャーシューメンに味玉をトッピングしました。
琥珀は、お店の醤油ラーメンに鰹ダシをプラスしたもののようです。確かに、なんとも不思議な味わい。おいしいのだろうけど、私の好みではないなぁ〜。甘味が強すぎる。
麺は、たまご麺？
いわゆる白河ラーメンの麺ではない。これも、好みではない。スープと合ってない気がする。
チャーシューは、味付けは薄めだが、肉の旨味を感じられるとも言える。
味玉は、ゆで卵と大して変わらない。そういう味でした。
琥珀が自分好みではなかっただけなのだろうか？次回、再訪して検証してみよう。
再訪〜。
すべてのチャーシュー(特に鶏チャーシュー)が気になったので、豚のむね・ももと鶏のチャーシューが乗った、巴醤油を注文。
スープを一口。やっぱ、琥珀よりはこっちが好み。確かに、他のお客さんも、醤油や味噌を頼んでいるな。
でも、後半になってくると、やっぱ甘すぎる気がするなぁ〜。
鶏チャーシューは、美味しかった。味・風味も良い。豚のほうも、これくらい染みていたらいいのになぁ〜。
白河ラーメンとは違う、異色の店であることは確かです。甘めが好みの方は、ハマるかもしれません。

久しぶりに訪問してみました。
過去とは違う味を試してみようと思い、香味醤油ちゃあしゅう麺1300円を注文。
しばらく待ち、ラーメン到着。かなりいい香り。
スープを一口。焦がし葱の香りが、醤油スープとよく合います。これは結構好みの味です。
麺も、スープとの相性がよく、ツルツルで美味しいと感じました。
過去の訪問では、やはり注文したメニューが自分好みではなかっただけで、このラーメンはとても好みでした。
味噌なども試してみたくなりました。ごちそうさまでした。
