美味しい、うれしい、楽しい。
蕎麦粉は精選した玄蕎麦を胞皮し、甘皮を挽き込んだ風味豊かな「二八」の挽きぐるみ蕎麦です。蕎麦粉は国産100％です。夜は居酒屋として、地域最安値の生ビール、全国から選び抜かれた焼酎、日本酒を取り揃えています。 |
実家に帰省し、父親が入院中のため母親と二人で夕飯でこちらへ。
本当はお目当ての蕎麦屋がありましたが昼営業がメインのためかほとんどやっておりません。こちらは、飲みもできるようで18時過ぎでしたが残り1席と賑わっていました。
大海老天ざるの大盛りを注文です。母親は天ざる。
見た目あまり違いがわかりませんでしたが、大海老が、ブラックタイガーで天ざるが赤海老とかなんでしょうね。
小ぶりなせいろが3段。普通が2段なのでこれは明確ですね。
そして肝心のそばのお味はなかなかいけます。喉越しも良くそしてカエシも濃いめの好きな味。天つゆの器が心なしか小さくて足りない感じでしたがまあ良いでしょう。天ぷらはサクサクの薄ごろもで軽い食感てした。
意外と？美味しかったです。
